Large Animal Rescue Training

It’s so great to be part of training the next generation of Large Animal Rescue Operators that we hope no one ever needs! We are glad to contribute to the wider community in this way and allow each of them to have their first encounters with horses! NSW SES and NSW Ambulance Rescue Training have regular clinics at Tall Timbers.

Very professionally run program....lovely people....and the horses are beautiful!

This program has benefited her so much. Even years ago, when she barely left the house, and we had to start homeschooling, this was a constant for her. Even then we had days where we had to cancel due to her anxiety. Now to see her go without anxiety, communicate with the volunteers on her own (I've actively tried to step back) and even cope with trotting (previously a lot of movement would cause panic). It is nothing short of amazing.
