DATES FOR YOUR DIARY

 

  • School Holiday Programs – 16-18 April
  • Bunnings Sausage Sizzle at Bunnings Rouse Hill – 20th April
  • RDA State Workshop will be held at Tall Timbers Centre – 4th and 5th May – volunteers are needed to assist with catering.
  • RDA(NSW) AGM and Awards Dinner – 4th May at Rydge’s Norwest
  • Riverstone Parade – 11th May  – cheer us on at the Riverstone Parade.

TRIVIA NIGHT – Saturday 15th June at Riverstone RSL Sub branch Hall, 18-32 Market St, Riverstone.   Bring your friends and family along!  Lots of fun!  Great Prizes!  

HORSES’ BIRTHDAY FUNCTION – Thursday 1st August at Tall Timbers Centre.  We’ll keep you posted with more details as the event gets closer.  Gather a group of friends to come along.  Keep the date free for delicious food and great company.

 

 

RETURN AND EARN

Every little bit counts and we can now accept your recycling refunds through the Return and Earn app.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
So pleased to have the community recycle 7,054 containers through Return and Earn which means not only has the environment been helped but RDATT has received over $2500  so far.  This fundraising helps to pay those core costs like purchasing toilet paper and paper towels for the bathrooms and electricity costs to run our water tank pumps.
Thank you everyone!  If you are not local you can still contribute by downloading the Return and Earn App and selecting RDA NSW Tall Timbers Centre as the charity and scanning the barcode at your local machine.

This program has benefited her so much. Even years ago, when she barely left the house, and we had to start homeschooling, this was a constant for her. Even then we had days where we had to cancel due to her anxiety. Now to see her go without anxiety, communicate with the volunteers on her own (I've actively tried to step back) and even cope with trotting (previously a lot of movement would cause panic). It is nothing short of amazing.
